We understand that the FAFSA process is changing, making it slower than usual.  Please proceed with your scholarship application without worrying about the FAFSA.  We will collect that information at a later date. 

The Ragland Family Education Foundation was created to honor the legacy of Herman and Estelle Ragland, whose unwavering dedication to their children’s higher education has inspired multiple generations. Herman and Estelle were champions of education throughout their lives, and their dedication and encouragement led to a better life for their children and grandchildren - lives that would have been impossible without a college education.

The purpose of the Ragland Family Education Foundation Scholars Program is to provide financial assistance to Oklahoma high school graduates who would otherwise find it difficult to finance a college degree. The program is specifically focused on students who want to pursue a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).

The mission of the Ragland Family Education Foundation is to help students develop their own potential and, in so doing, have a positive influence on the lives of future generations.
